Learning about Medical Blossom

As you look into your needs and gather information regarding what Medical Blossom can do for your medical practice, you may visit our Website or voluntarily provide us with Personal Information, such as your name and your email address when contacting us through our contact form, by calling us, or by sending us an email. You may also decide to subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date with what Medical Blossom is doing or to receive free content Medical Blossom might be offering.

We collect: first name, last name, email address, job title, phone number (as well as any other information you provide us when contacting us), Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and information provided by cookies or similar technology, such as the type and version of browser you are using to access our Website, the page you were on before heading to our Website, the amount of time you spend on our Website, the pages you decide to visit, as well as the date and time you are accessing our Website on.

Buying products or services from Medical Blossom

Once you have gathered enough information about Medical Blossom and what we can do for your medical practice, you may decide to do business with us, either by: 1) buying an online course or an in-person masterclass on our Website, 2) signing up for coaching services or 3) booking a clinic diagnostic.  

When buying such products or booking such services, you will be asked to provide Personal Information such as your first name, your last name, and your email address. When buying an online course, you’ll also be asked to create a user account, which will allow you to access your “member space.” You may also use your Facebook login credentials to create your user account. When doing so, we will collect Personal Information as per the present Policy, but also according to the permissions you have given Facebook through your use of its API. The Personal Information we may access, collect, and store may include your first and last name, your profile picture, your gender, and any other Personal Information you have allowed Facebook to provide us with.

We collect: first name, last name, phone number, email address, address, billing address, business information , payment information, and any other Personal Information you have allowed Facebook to provide us with if you have decided to log into our Services through Facebook’s API.

Why: We use this information to complete your transaction, to process payments, to fulfill any legal obligations we might have towards you once you have purchased a product or a service from us, and to contact you in the future for promotional purposes.

Please note that if you refuse to provide us with such Personal Information, we will not be able to process your orders and make the Medical Blossom products or services you have purchased available to you.

Following a Medical Blossom online course, masterclass or receiving Medical Blossom services

Once you’ve made a purchase from Medical Blossom and started following our courses or receiving services from us, we may collect a variety of Personal Information either provided by you or generated by us during our exchanges.

We collect: any Personal Information provided by our clients or on behalf of our clients as well as Personal Information generated by us in the course of providing our services or allowing you to follow our courses. Such Personal Information may include ethnic origin, income, employment history, disputes between you and your clients, etc.

Why: we collect this Personal Information to provide you with the better understand you and your practice’s situation and to therefore provide you with the best products and services available.

All information provided to us in the course of providing our services or allowing you to follow our courses will remain confidential.

WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED

Your Personal Information is stored locally in Montreal, Canada as well as on IONOS’ servers in Kansas City, United States. Your Personal Information may also be stored in other countries, following a transfer to the third-parties we work with.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT FOR

We will retain all Personal Information collected through our Website, through the sale of our courses or through the provision of our services as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collected it or for other essential purposes such as compliance with legal obligations. As long as your account with us is active, we will keep your Personal Information on our systems. We will also dispose of your Personal Information if you decide to withdraw your consent. Once your Personal Information is deleted, you will receive confirmation that your request has been fulfilled.

Medical Blossom provides its Website users various types of content depending on the user’s status.

Users who do not make online Course purchases (“Visitors”) may access all content made public by us, such as informational videos. Visitors may also contact us to book coaching sessions or clinic diagnostics.

Users who purchase online Courses (“Members”) will be invited to create a user account. Members will be able to access all content made public by us as well as all the online Courses they may have purchased. This includes following the online Courses and downloading the online Course content made available to you.

MEMBER ACCOUNT

In your “Member space”, you will be able to see invoices for the orders you have made, and other relevant information related to the online Courses you are taking.

If you are a Member, you must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card number and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.


You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account’s password.

We will not be responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by your inability to maintain the confidentiality of the password associated with your account.

FEES AND REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, all fees on our Website for the purchase of our Services are in Canadian dollars. When purchasing Medical Blossom Services, you agree to promptly pay all fees incurred for the purchase of our Services.

Our comprehensive array of services and programs have been exclusively designed for you, with unique conditions and deadlines developed to suit your needs. 

Our commitment to your satisfaction is the pathway to success, so, if you are not completely satisfied with our service delivery, we offer the following solutions: 

Online Courses

Exchange

You can modify your purchase, for an equivalent value, within 24 hours of your initial purchase, provided that the content of the training has not been viewed or downloaded. Should you wish to upgrade your original purchase you will pay the difference of the cost of the course. In the case that you would like an exchange for a course of lesser value, we will credit you the difference. 

For any exchange request, please write to us at info@medicalblossom.com. Your request will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund

In the event that you buy a course, module or program and you are not satisfied with the results after implementation, we will refund the price of your purchase, while respecting the following conditions:

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you must be a member of the interactive Medical Blossom platform and must submit your refund request within 30 days purchase.
  • As we are committed to your success, our content is intended to be used and implemented immediately for maximum benefit. If you don’t plan on starting your training right away but want to purchase content now, make sure it’s the right buy for you, as the deadline policy is firm.
  • Requirements for evaluation of the “implementation or execution” of the purchase: In order to evaluate the reimbursement request, you must provide proof that the training has been completed and implemented within your practice. In addition, you must demonstrate how the results promised are not the results that were delivered. A detailed account of the elements that did not work is required. This will allow us to better serve you in resolving any inconsistency. 
  • All refund requests are subject to approval, and this, is at the sole discretion of the company.

If you are not ready to commit but are interested in finding out more about our service offering, please contact us for access to a private viewing of the content of the platform. 

Online Coaching

Our coaching opportunities are limited and therefore will not be refunded. 

In the event that you cannot attend a session, please allow 5 days’ notice in order to reschedule. 

  • No refund or credit will be given on a cancellation made less than 5 days prior to the appointment.
  • We will allow a maximum of 3 cancellations, otherwise the total amount will be collected.  
  • No refund or credit will be issued after a coaching session.

For any notice of cancellation, request to reschedule or credit request, please write to us at info@medicalblossom.com. Your request will be processed within 10 business days.

Clinic Diagnosis

Our Clinic Diagnosis opportunities are limited and therefore will not be refunded. 

In the event that you cannot attend a session, please allow 5 days’ notice in order to reschedule. 

  • No refund or credit will be given on a cancellation made less than 5 days prior to the appointment.
  • We will allow a maximum of 3 appointment cancellations, otherwise the total amount will be collected.  
  • No refund or credit will be issued after delivery of the Clinic Diagnosis.

For any notice of cancellation, request to reschedule or credit request, please write to us at info@medicalblossom.com. Your request will be processed within 10 business days.

Masterclass 

Our Masterclass series are limited and therefore will not be refunded. 

In the event that you cannot attend a session, please allow 5 days’ notice in order to reschedule. Should you need to cancel completely, please allow 21 days’ notice prior to the start of the Masterclass series. 

  • No refund or credit will be given on a cancellation made less than 21 days prior to the start of the Masterclass series. 
  • No refund or credit will be issued after the masterclass.

Buying products or services from Medical Blossom

Once you have gathered enough information about Medical Blossom and what we can do for your medical practice, you may decide to do business with us, either by: 1) buying an online course or an in-person masterclass on our Website, 2) signing up for coaching services or 3) booking a clinic diagnostic.  

When buying such products or booking such services, you will be asked to provide Personal Information such as your first name, your last name, and your email address. When buying an online course, you’ll also be asked to create a user account, which will allow you to access your “member space.” You may also use your Facebook login credentials to create your user account. When doing so, we will collect Personal Information as per the present Policy, but also according to the permissions you have given Facebook through your use of its API. The Personal Information we may access, collect, and store may include your first and last name, your profile picture, your gender, and any other Personal Information you have allowed Facebook to provide us with.

We collect: first name, last name, phone number, email address, address, billing address, business information , payment information, and any other Personal Information you have allowed Facebook to provide us with if you have decided to log into our Services through Facebook’s API.

Why: We use this information to complete your transaction, to process payments, to fulfill any legal obligations we might have towards you once you have purchased a product or a service from us, and to contact you in the future for promotional purposes.

In your “Member space”, you will be able to see invoices for the orders you have made, and other relevant information related to the online Courses you are taking.

Online Courses

Exchange

You can modify your purchase, for an equivalent value, within 24 hours of your initial purchase, provided that the content of the training has not been viewed or downloaded. Should you wish to upgrade your original purchase you will pay the difference of the cost of the course. In the case that you would like an exchange for a course of lesser value, we will credit you the difference. 

For any exchange request, please write to us at info@medicalblossom.com. Your request will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund

In the event that you buy a course, module or program and you are not satisfied with the results after implementation, we will refund the price of your purchase, while respecting the following conditions:

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you must be a member of the interactive Medical Blossom platform and must submit your refund request within 30 days purchase.
  • As we are committed to your success, our content is intended to be used and implemented immediately for maximum benefit. If you don’t plan on starting your training right away but want to purchase content now, make sure it’s the right buy for you, as the deadline policy is firm.
  • Requirements for evaluation of the “implementation or execution” of the purchase: In order to evaluate the reimbursement request, you must provide proof that the training has been completed and implemented within your practice. In addition, you must demonstrate how the results promised are not the results that were delivered. A detailed account of the elements that did not work is required. This will allow us to better serve you in resolving any inconsistency. 
  • All refund requests are subject to approval, and this, is at the sole discretion of the company.

If you are not ready to commit but are interested in finding out more about our service offering, please contact us for access to a private viewing of the content of the platform. 

Online Coaching

Our coaching opportunities are limited and therefore will not be refunded. 

In the event that you cannot attend a session, please allow 5 days’ notice in order to reschedule. 

  • No refund or credit will be given on a cancellation made less than 5 days prior to the appointment.
  • We will allow a maximum of 3 cancellations, otherwise the total amount will be collected.  
  • No refund or credit will be issued after a coaching session.

Clinic Diagnosis

Our Clinic Diagnosis opportunities are limited and therefore will not be refunded. 

In the event that you cannot attend a session, please allow 5 days’ notice in order to reschedule. 

  • No refund or credit will be given on a cancellation made less than 5 days prior to the appointment.
  • We will allow a maximum of 3 appointment cancellations, otherwise the total amount will be collected.  
  • No refund or credit will be issued after delivery of the Clinic Diagnosis.

Masterclass 

Our Masterclass series are limited and therefore will not be refunded. 

In the event that you cannot attend a session, please allow 5 days’ notice in order to reschedule. Should you need to cancel completely, please allow 21 days’ notice prior to the start of the Masterclass series. 

  • No refund or credit will be given on a cancellation made less than 21 days prior to the start of the Masterclass series. 
  • No refund or credit will be issued after the masterclass.

Terms of Service

  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
  • Sales taxes are applicable for all purchases.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all Fees are payable in Canadian Dollars. You agree to pay all Fees incurred by you or anyone else using your account, and you hereby authorize us and our third-party payment service providers to collect such Fees using the credit card or other payment method you provide to us.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
  • Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • A 10% administration fee will be withheld from all credits or refunds issued.  
  • If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
